After that meeting, he couldn't sit around the house that felt far too empty. So he went to the one place where he was fairly sure the people were completely incapable of any sort of change. He went home.

Which is why, some hours later, he's sitting in the basement of the Koneko in slacks and a dress shirt instead of the sort of clothes he usually wears around the house. He'd come down for some reason he can't quite remember, even, but then he'd noticed, or maybe remembered, Yohji's collection of movies.

Anyone else up for a movie night?

After talking to Aya, Omi really doesn't feel much like going home. He will eventually, sure, but for now, wandering's the name of the game.

You know, this particular ice cream shop sure has been seeing a lot more business since Omi came to the Nexus. And yet, perhaps ironically, he's never actually bought anything there. Not with his own money, anyway.

There were a few awkward days in there, and Omi disappeared more often than usual for 'lessons' with one or another of his tutors and to visit his grandfather and brothers, but by then the Christmas rush at the flower shop was in full swing, and he didn't have much time to be avoiding Ken.

If he'd had to make one more bouquet of roses...

Anyway, this time, Omi isn't avoiding Ken. He's perched on the counter in the closed shop, waiting for Ken to get home (late, as usual) from playing soccer with his kids. A bright envelope sits on the counter next to him. What could it be?

Omi is obviously upset about something. Upset enough that he seems to have forgotten his PINpoint entirely. He'll likely remember it eventually, but who knows if it'll be before or after he runs into someone he knows?
